Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original condition (with tags attached) within 14 days of fulfillment for store credit only, unless otherwise stated.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
This includes all items purchased during promotional or clearance events.

Items sent back without prior approval or items marked final sale will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept exchanges or store credit for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
💡 Need a different size or color? If you opted into Re:do at checkout for $1, you can exchange your item for free! The fastest way to swap an item is to return it for store credit and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
